No. Your financial information remains private.

You’ll work with your own financial statements throughout the program, but you’re never required to share specific numbers with other participants. The learning comes from understanding how to analyze and interpret your financials, not from sharing your specific data.

You control what you choose to share and what you keep confidential.

We take your privacy seriously. The personal information we collect (name, email, phone number, payment details) is used solely to register you for programs, process payments, send course materials, and communicate program updates.

We never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and technical safeguards.

Yes, we offer refunds under specific circumstances. If you cancel more than 14 days before a program start date, you’ll receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee to cover processing costs. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the program start date are non-refundable.

We also understand that unexpected situations arise. In cases of verified medical emergencies, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances, we may offer options like credit toward a future course or program at our discretion.

Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including accessory or supplementary materials, program materials or digital downloads, and customized consulting or coaching components tied to courses. Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within 30-35 business days.

We recognize that plans change. If you need to cancel your registration, timing is important. Cancellations made more than 21 days before the program start date qualify for a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations less than 21 days before the start date are non-refundable.

However, you do have transfer options. You may transfer your registration to another qualified participant or move it to a future session, subject to availability. All cancellation or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to heather@bridgestosuccessag.com.

If Bridges to Success needs to cancel or reschedule a program due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll provide advance notice and offer you a full refund of all registration fees paid. We’re not responsible for additional costs you may incur, such as travel, accommodation, or time away from work.
